Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in the US with a leading US datacenter which operates multiple data centers and peering points globally, which enables minimum latency in accessing your website throughout the globe. Top

Do you provide server hosting in India?

At this point of time, we don’t provide dedicated hosting services through an Indian datacenter but it can be a possibility in the near future when the QOS (Quality of Service) offered by IDCs in India improve and become more cost effective. Top

How can I get access to my server?

We provide you with full root or terminal access to your server through which you can control your server remotely. We also provide you with IPMI 2.0 interface by which you can manage your server remotely through a secure VPN connection. Top

Will you support my web application, when it´s put online?

If you opt for our Dedicated Server Admin Services, we do ensure that your web application is online and available on your server along with several other server management services. This doesn’t include code fixing or web application debugging services. Top

What would happen in the event of a downtime?

The cause of the downtime is noted and effective steps are taken to ensure that your server is back online. In case the issue is with the server hardware/network, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that your server is back online within a period of 4 hrs and appropriate credit will be provided to your account. However, if the issue is with the OS or any installed application, such issues might take a little longer to debug and recover the services. Top

Yes, we provide our clients with Plesk/CPanel/WebHost Manager Control Panel support to allow them to manage all aspects of their server services through an online web based interface. Top

Yes, we provide you with MRTG graphing reports which get updated on an hourly basis and displays the total amount of traffic coming into and going out of your servers. We provide you with a web based control panel to access to those reports. Top

I have my own OS license. Can I provide that to you?

The OS license is provided by us but you can provide us with the licenses for the other applications which you wish to install on the server, e.g. control panel, MS SQL Server, etc. Top

What are your payment terms and how much time would it take for my server to be activated?

Our payment terms are quarterly payments in advance and the payments can be made through ECS, direct bank deposits or sending us payments through courier. Upon receipt and clearance of your payment, your server would be setup and the login details will be emailed to you within 24 hrs. Top
